NOVEMBER 19TH EVENT ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone to join our team for the night at a fabulous private event on November 19th. This is the perfect opportunity to dip your feet in the Special Events Pool! We've created an incredible evening for guests and need KIND, HELPFUL, COMPETENT, HARDWORKING event assistants to help us throughout the night.
The perfect candidate will approach this as an opportunity to have fun and bring an incredible concept to life with the end goal of exceeding client expectations. They must also understand that we ONLY work in a space of absolute respect and acceptance.
Must be able to work on their feet. Hours are from 3pm to midnight.

Seattle Premier Events is looking for a high energy, highly organized, and highly motivated assistant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about events and take pride in making them come to life. Must have experience in event production/planning or project management or working in the events industry. Attention to detail is key and the love of details is added bonus.
This assistant will work alongside Michelle Shleifer of Seattle Premier Events. He or she will be expected to carry out any delegated tasks to facilitate the planning and/or production of the event. This position will be expected to be able to pick up a task where it was left off and finish it with little supervision.
Organization is key. This hire must be highly organized and motivated to keep organized. He/She must have proficient computer skills and must be a master-communicator.
He/She must be able to work under extreme pressure and deadlines, with an incredible attitude that comes from their love of events and event production. They must approach this as an opportunity to have fun and bring an incredible concept to life with the end goal of exceeding client expectations. They must also understand that we ONLY work in a space of absolute respect and acceptance.
He/She must be willing to take direction from Michelle and defer to Michelle for all major decisions. They must represent Seattle Premier Events in the best way at all times treating vendors, staff, clients and guests with total respect and kindness. They must be willing to deal with last minute change and last minute requests with calmness and an anything-is-possible attitude.
Assistant will work long hours alongside Michelle when helping finalize event details , during set up and when executing the event and striking the event. They will be required to be available evenings and weekends.
This position is a contracted position and will be hired for a specific event or multiple events.
